Jeff Markim, Managing Director

​

Jeff is serial entrepreneur having started several ventures, including 4 Point Capital Advisors.

 

In addition to Four Point, Jeff is currently a principal and managing member of LeasePoint Funding Group, a small-to-mid-ticket commercial finance brokerage.

Previously, Jeff managed Ovation Finance, the asset-backed lending division within Ovation Partners. Ovation is a $500MM multi-strategy specialty finance firm in Austin, Texas where he worked closely with Danny Totah. Jeff is also a graduate of Texas A&M University – Mays Finance/Honors. 

Jeff has held various sales and business development roles and has a passion for the “art-of-the-deal”.  He adds value in high-level negotiation, creative deal structuring and strategy.
